Medical and dental practices, chiropractors, physical therapy and massage therapy clinics, med spas and veterinary offices all generate everyday laundry: staff scrubs, patient gowns, pillowcases, exam-table linens, hand towels and lab coats. Laundry Roundup picks these up on a set schedule, washes, dries and folds them at our store, and returns them to your office.
Each office's order is bagged and labeled separately, and scrubs can be bundled by staff member if you'd like.
Non-hazardous items only
We handle general, non-hazardous laundry only. We do not accept biohazardous, infectious or contaminated material, items with blood or bodily fluids, or anything that must be processed under specific medical or regulatory standards. We don't make compliance claims. If your practice requires a certified healthcare laundry for some items, we can still handle your everyday non-hazardous laundry separately. Please ask if you're unsure whether an item qualifies.

Keeping it organized
Offices often want scrubs returned by staff member, gowns and linens counted, and towels bundled for each treatment room. We can bag and label your order however your team works, and keep that standard on every pickup. If you have multiple locations, each one is handled separately. Let us know your preferred pickup times, since many practices prefer early morning or after hours, and we'll schedule around them. Please keep anything contaminated with blood or bodily fluids, sharps, and regulated medical waste out of the bags. Those require a specialized medical linen provider. What we handle well is the everyday laundry that keeps an office looking clean and professional: scrubs, cloth gowns, lab coats, exam-room towels and break-room linens. Dental and chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics and veterinary front offices are welcome too.

For occasional small loads, our standard pickup and delivery rate of $1.89 per pound with a $35 minimum also applies.
Is there a minimum for business accounts?
We'll recommend a pickup schedule that fits your volume when we quote. Small businesses are welcome. For occasional small loads, the standard $35 pickup minimum applies.
How often can you pick up?
We set business pickups on a regular schedule: daily, several times a week, weekly, or a one-time pickup after an event or season. You pick what fits.
What turnaround can we expect?
We agree on a consistent turnaround when we set up your account, so you know when clean items will come back. Our standard wash and fold turnaround is 24 hours or less, and same-day is possible with a pickup by 11 AM, depending on volume.
Do you keep our items separate?
Yes. Every account is washed and returned separately, and we bag and label by location, client, unit or employee if you need it.
