Wash & fold delivery in East Dallas
East Dallas covers a lot of ground, from the historic homes of Swiss Avenue and Munger Place to Lower Greenville apartments and the neighborhoods closer to White Rock. It's also one of the nearer parts of Dallas to our Express Laundry Center in Balch Springs, which makes it a natural fit for regular pickup and delivery. Laundry Roundup washes, dries and folds your laundry and brings it back without a delivery fee.
Older East Dallas homes can have small or tricky laundry setups, and the duplexes and fourplexes around Lower Greenville often share machines. Sending your laundry out means one less thing to schedule. Text us your address and a convenient time, leave the bag where we can find it, and you'll get it back folded. If you're a landlord with several units or short-term rentals in the area, ask about our property manager and Airbnb laundry options too.
Good to know in East Dallas
- Historic homes: tell us which door or gate to use.
- Duplex or fourplex? Include the unit letter.
- Landlords and hosts can ask about scheduled linen service.
East Dallas is close enough to our Balch Springs store that some residents prefer to drop off in person. In-store wash and fold is $1.50 per pound with a 20 lb minimum, and same-day for drop-offs costs nothing extra. If you'd rather stay home, pickup and delivery at $1.89 per pound saves you the drive. Either way, it's all washed and folded by the same team.
Short-term rentals and multi-unit owners
East Dallas has many duplexes, garage apartments and short-term rentals. If you own or manage a few units, laundry for turnovers, such as sheets, towels and kitchen towels, can be picked up from each address and returned bagged and labeled by unit. That's part of our commercial service, which runs on a schedule with volume pricing. Individual residents just use our regular pickup and delivery: $1.89 per pound, no delivery fee, $35 minimum.
