Towels are your members' first impression
Members notice when a gym runs out of towels, or when the ones on the shelf don't smell fresh. Laundry Roundup keeps your stock moving. We pick up bins or bags of used towels several times a week or daily, wash and dry them thoroughly at our Express Laundry Center store, fold them to stack the way your front desk likes, and return them on a set schedule.
We work with boutique studios like yoga, cycling, barre, boxing and pilates as well as larger gyms. Small studios with a few bags a week are welcome too.
Beyond towels
Staff shirts, mat towels, hand towels, cleaning cloths and robes for locker rooms or recovery areas can be added to the same account. If you want certain items kept separate, like microfiber cleaning cloths, we'll bag and label them separately so they don't get mixed with member towels.

What studio owners usually ask
How many towels should we keep on hand? A common approach is enough clean stock for the busiest days between pickups, plus a buffer. How should towels be returned? Folded to fit your shelves, bundled in counts or bagged by location. What about smell? Towels that sit damp for days are harder to freshen, so we recommend keeping used towels in ventilated bins and scheduling pickups often enough that they don't sit. We'll help you work out a schedule when we quote. Boutique studios, martial arts gyms, climbing gyms and personal training spaces all have different volumes, so quotes are based on your actual weekly pounds and pickup frequency.

How often can you pick up?
We set business pickups on a regular schedule: daily, several times a week, weekly, or a one-time pickup after an event or season. You pick what fits.
What turnaround can we expect?
We agree on a consistent turnaround when we set up your account, so you know when clean items will come back. Our standard wash and fold turnaround is 24 hours or less, and same-day is possible with a pickup by 11 AM, depending on volume.
Do you keep our items separate?
Yes. Every account is washed and returned separately, and we bag and label by location, client, unit or employee if you need it.
